Accomplished actor Robert Jason Jackson currently starring in the Broadway show AIDA celebrates the life of Frederick Douglass in his new one man show. Jackson acts as tour guide to the past and explores Mr. Douglass' journey as a slave, fugitive, freedman, abolitionist and diplomat. The text of the play includes excerpts from Douglass’ three autobiographies, Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass, My Bondage and My Freedom and The Life and Times of Frederick Douglass.
