Gilgamesh: In the eyes of Utnapishtim’s wife

Dear Diary,
This is so crazy, he has me cooking a loaf a bread everyday just to prove to this mere mortal that he can’ t be immortal. I am wasting my time and some of our harvest just to prove a point when he can just wake him up. I just don’t understand men and their tactics, which he has me doing. He should just give him break, all he has went through with his dear friend Enkidu dying who he though he couldn’t live with out and now he’s gone. So maybe this man does listen to me—he let him bath and change into his royal garments and even told him a little secret about the gods. Why am I stressing over a mere mortal anyway and been granted the blessing of being immortal from the great deeds of my sneaky husbands.
